Tinitus
Andrés Nudelman Medina is a young Uruguayan musician and musical selector,
and Tinitus is his space of sonic recreation since 1999.
He's part of the crew of www.ouzomusic.com a netlabel and artists colective from Montevideo,
and he has released music in netlabels like pueblonuevo.cl (Chile) , phonocake.org (Germany) ,
monteaudio.net (Uruguay) and grhk.com.uy (Uruguay)
His music is hard to define. Kinda inmature, nervous, ironic beats influenced by
hiphop, IDM, cumbia, candombe, dubstep, breakbeat, breakfast, triphop, ambient, drum and bass,
hardcore, punk, pop, snap, snack, shark, mate, PUM!
Tinitus has enjoyed sharing stage with artists like DAT Politics (Fr), Alva Noto and Byetone (Gr),
Jeronimo Saer (Fr), Bajofondo's artist Santullo (Uy) and a lot of great uruguayan
underground artists like Goma, Maima, Matias Muten, Z@p, Dj Deep, Cooptrol, Androoval,
Perdedores and many many more.
He has work like a sound designer, making sound recordings and editing audiovisual
material... he has studied art, web design, drawing and painting... he has got his own
electronic music magazine... win a PepsiLoops contest... played music in parks, beaches,
dark ugly clubs, dark lovely clubs, high class bar, poor hood streets, big music fests for
6000 persons, little b-days for a few friends and teenage partys...
